I play in a trio and we are putting together a new repertoire. We need some more pieces from the Renaissance and Baroque periods. Does anyone have any suggestions and sources for any trio material?
So far we have included in our program:
Cantos – Schultz (composition by one of our trio)
Adagio – Albinoni
Caprico and Tango – Albeniz

My first guitar was a starter that I purchased on Amazon. It is a LaPatrie student model. I was very disappointed, but what can I expect for $300. I play left handed so I can’t walk into a guitar shop and play a guitar to see how I like it. My options are very limited. My second guitar I ordered from a luthier by the name of Antonio…[Read more]

When enough tension…[Read more]

This was my first challenge and I really learned a great deal. Because of my selection I was forced to work on something that I don’t like to play…[Read more]

Since I started using them I rarely break a nail. The way I understand it is that the crystal nail files leave less of a jagged edge on the nails. That way less things…[Read more]
