I really enjoyed your podcast, fellow so-Cal resident and engineer. Ironically, I was doing the dishes when I heard you say “when you’re doing the dishes, just do the dishes.” Then I got confused, and was thinking “should I turn off the podcast?” But I kept it on because my hands were wet and I didn’t want to touch my phone. It was great to hear more about you and your guitar journey.
Roger, well done my friend. Great preview! And it was really cool to hear from Dave. Looking forward to that jazz harmony lesson. Maybe I’ll finally understand thad “add 9” thing.
It was very enjoyable to listen to and brought back memories of when I used to live in the Huntington Beach area. Great city. Loved the beach. Your struggles and accomplishments sound very similar to mine. Thanks for sharing your story!
What a wonderful interview, thank you for your stories and views on so many things. Your example of Generals, CEOs and playing in front of an iPhone was so funny!
I have great admiration for people who embark on new journeys after retiring from their original careers. Best wishes, also congratulations on your beautiful performance in the Pool!
Roger,
Thank you for the little tasting of the holiday episode. You are so creative!
Dave’s preview on what’s coming in the New Year was really nice to listen, too.
Thanks so much for another great interview Roger! I have been trying to catch up after some rather trying times, and you have been a wonderful inspiration.
Cindy, it was delightful hearing about your journey with music, the classical guitar and on being a Buddhist. I really love your laugh!
Thank-you Dave for the amazing amount of energy and passion you give to CGCA. You rock!

Cindy, it has been a pleasure listening to your conversation with Roger. “Making a crawl on an expanded Slinky“—great idea. Asking your students to create a song is wonderful. Thank you for your openness. Roger and Dave, keep up the great work! Warm Regards, Drew
Thanks to Roger and Dave and Cindy, this was a most enriching Podcast and it was a delight to get to hang out with you. I admit I was making a pie while listening, but I did sit down and listen mindfully to the final 10 minutes and was prompted to go and sit quietly for another 10. Thanks for the wonderful sharing of your life experiences and the inspiration, it is a gift to be part of this community.

@sjbrandenberg just keep washing those dishes!
We miss you in HB @egreene! We need more classical guitarists.
