What an excellent adjunct to the Composer of the Month – it rounds it out beautifully. Thank you, Roger.
I’m sure I’m not alone in having still barely scratched the surface of the great wealth of information gathered there in the thread. Martha, Richard – you’ve done a remarkable job. Thank you.

Thank you Roger, Martha and Richard—once again a fine interview. This conversation compliments the COTM very well! Excellent and informative.

    Roger,

Thank you for this special episode. I am following the Women Composers thread, which has been wonderful to read & listen, so it was great to hear Martha and Richard discuss more about this topic with you.

I also want to thank the ‘Composer of the Month’ series in general, and how past topics are available as resource for people who joined the Academy more recently. So far I went through Sor, Giuliani, Gaspar Sanz, and have just finished the thread for Tárrega, whose life story and the beautiful final episode were truly moving.

This was a great episode. I really enjoyed hearing from Martha and Richard about their COTM thread. I’ve fallen behind reading the thread but look forward to picking it up over the holiday.

Thanks, Roger for putting this interesting story together, and thanks to Martha and Richard for their brilliant work on the Women COTM thread. I too am behind in my reading, but I plan to catch up soon.

    Martha, you know everyone!!!
    Cheers,
    Judy
