I may have speeded it up a little too much in my latest video, didn’t realize that until I just watched it. I’m still having a lot of trouble with the slur in measure 14. I may leave it out. I see in the video that in measure 12 I as pushing one of the strings too much out of place also….glad I noticed that though.

Hi Mark and thanks for the feedback! Yes, I do think it is but it’s a little tricky for me. I’m not very consistent with that ending yet :) Plenty to work on still going into the last couple weeks!

I do pretty much exactly what Ben describes above with the bedtime application of the oil based product and, most importantly, rubbing it in really well, leaving it on, and then go to sleep. Thank you Gino, yes, my hands felt pretty relaxed on the first piece or two. Unfortunately they started to tense up the further along I went as I was thinking more about not making mistakes so that I wouldn’t have to start over recording again! I really appreciate the comments from all of you, great to have this kind of support.

Thanks Joannes, this performance of yours gives me some nice ideas for my (hopefully) submission of this level in six months from now. I can get through the pieces but am working on the musicianship aspect which you definitely have down. I really enjoyed listening during my lunch break today!
