Just concluded a marathon four hour recording session with Rene Izquierdo . He was so generous with his time and teaching and went incredibly in-depth with his work.

I get something like this depending on what chair I am using.
Sometimes the frame of the chair cuts into my leg and I get numbness. Perhaps try some different seating options?
