Starting my journey with this school today. Long overdue decision and I’m glad I finally made it.
A little about me: Name is Anderson, I’m from Brazil and living in the lucky country for 17 years. Interests: classical guitar music in general, classical Brazilian guitar (V.Lobos, Guinga, Joao Pernambuco, Dilermando Reis, Baden Powell), Brazillian Samba for guitar and cavaquinho (banjo, ukulele like instrument).
I’m from Melbourne, and I’m returning to an old love: classical guitar.
Many years ago, music was a meaningful part of my life, but I took the road of science instead. That path has been rich and rewarding in its own way, yet somehow all roads lead back to Rome — and for me, they seem to lead back to music.
I’m looking forward to joining a group of like-minded people, starting again, and exploring the world of music with curiosity and openness. I love music, poetry, creativity, and the quiet sense of flow that comes when the mind and heart are both engaged.
There is something especially sweet about returning to something you once loved — not as the person you were, but as the person you have become.
Hi,
